Our team of refrigerant geeks remain focused on creating innovative HVAC/R and refrigerant management solutions to reduce refrigerant leakage. Through this, we hope to increase environmental sustainability and decrease companies’ environmental footprint.

Here’s a brief overview of what has been trending at Trakref over the past few months.

Top 5 Things Trending at Trakref

From new software updates to a view into the future, here’s the top 5 things trending at Trakref now. Let’s get started.

1.) Updated logic in Trakref to help users remain compliant in California.

For facilities in California that are regulated by the state’s refrigerant management requirements, maintaining compliance in such a complex regulatory environment can be time-consuming, frustrating, and challenging.

Not to mention, system owners must be aware of the multiple federal refrigerant management requirements that could also apply across their building portfolio.

At Trakref, we understand all of this. That’s why we continue to make improvements to all the logic needed to remain compliant in California, including as it relates to assets, service, and locations. This will also help with larger corporate sustainability initiatives to reduce emissions.

2.) New solution for service providers to track refrigerants and cylinders.

Did you hear the news?

Every service provider that is hired to enter records into Trakref on behalf of any of our clients can now also get free access to a new refrigerant and cylinder tracking tool: Trakref Pro.

3.) New SF6 gas tracking.

Our team has also added new SF6 gas tracking functionality. With this, it’s our aim to help utilities reach their 1% leak rate goal.

Our method is based on a series of trackable and already existing data points that are easily synthesized together to deliver exact leak rates without any phantom emissions to undermine the accountability.

4.) See a view into the future look and feel of Trakref.

After countless hours gathering numerous stakeholder input and conducting client interviews, Julie Biot, Trakref’s UX Designer & Consultant, is now architecting the future look and feel of Trakref.

Here’s a glimpse of what’s to come:

The insights Julie gathered from clients should be very valuable for everyone, and we are excited about this project already underway.

Julie states, “Empathizing with users allows me to have an in-depth understanding of their needs, perceptions, and goals. I incorporate these insights to design the best user experience possible.”

5.) Actively gathering your feedback.

Our support team has been doing excellent, and we have been receiving great feedback from our users.

Our team of refrigerant geeks gather feedback before designing the product; during the design phase; and even after supporting our users.

We encourage you to leave feedback in the platform and app while using it, as we would love to hear your thoughts on how to make Trakref work the best for you.

With that concludes the top 5 things that have been trending at Trakref.
